Pre-launch stub. Aviax is not yet generally available. This notice covers the limited data we collect from this informational site. A full privacy policy will replace this stub before public launch.

What we collect

When you click "Request pilot" on this site, your email client opens with a pre-filled message. If you send that message, we receive: your name (if you include it), your email address, and any platform context you choose to share in the body.

We also use PostHog for traffic analytics and session replay on this site. PostHog records anonymous page views, scroll depth, and clicks. PostHog does not record content typed into the email composer (the composer is your local app, not our page).

This pre-launch stub does not show a cookie consent banner. A consent UI will be added before public launch for visitors in jurisdictions that require it (EU/UK/California). PostHog requests are routed through aviax.io's own infrastructure (a thin reverse proxy), so they appear as first-party requests rather than third-party tracker traffic. To opt out of analytics in the meantime, send a Global Privacy Control signal — most privacy-focused browsers (Brave, DuckDuckGo, Firefox with the GPC extension) send it automatically, and we honor Sec-GPC: 1 at the proxy. Browser ad blockers and tracking-prevention features that filter by hostname will not block analytics on this site.

What we do with it

We use the email and any platform context to reach out about a partnership conversation. We don't share or sell your data. We don't add you to a marketing list.

Retention

We keep the email thread until either: (a) we onboard your platform as a partner and the data becomes part of the partnership relationship; or (b) you ask us to delete it.

How to delete your data

Email hello@aviax.io with subject "Delete my data." We'll remove your email thread and any associated PostHog session data within 30 days.
